Summer Intensive: June 12–14, 2026
A weekend intensive for women seeking nervous system support and deeper relational/attachment healing through grounded, experiential work with horses and nature. This offering blends equine-assisted therapy, mindfulness, and body-based practices to support regulation, connection, and new ways of relating- within yourself and with others.
You’ll be guided through a thoughtfully paced weekend that prioritizes safety, consent, and attunement. No riding experience is needed; all equine work is done on the ground.
If you’ve ever wanted to work with me, this is a powerful way to do so: you’ll receive approximately 20 hours of support and facilitation over the course of three days through a blend of individual and group experiences.
Informed By My Training
This intensive is informed by my background and training as a:
- Gestalt-informed equine therapist and coach
- EMDR therapist
- Equilateral therapist (EMDR + horses)
- Yoga teacher
- Ecotherapy / nature-based therapy practitioner
- Lifelong horsewoman
Schedule
- Friday (Virtual): 5:30–7:30 PM Opening circle, intentions, orientation, and preparation for the in-person days
- Saturday (In Person at the Farm): 9:30 AM–4:30 PM Experiential equine-assisted practices, nervous system education, guided reflection, and integration
- Sunday (In Person): 9:30 AM–1:30 PM Integration, reflection, and take-home practices to support your week ahead
Designed for Real Life + Deeper Integration
I designed this intensive to work with a typical work-week schedule while still offering a powerful, immersive experience.
The structure is intentionally spread across three days to support integration - giving your nervous system time to absorb what you’re learning, and allowing you to sleep on the experience between sessions. This space between days can support consolidation, reflection, and the beginnings of new neural pathways - helping you practice a new way of being and operating in the world.
What to Expect
You’ll experience a balance of:
- Individual work (personal reflection, somatic practices, and equine experiences tailored to your process)
- Group work (shared learning, co-regulation, and relational practice in a supportive container)
What’s Included
- Lunch included on Saturday and Sunday
- All facilitated programming across the full weekend
- Equine-assisted experiences (ground-based) with clear safety and consent practices
- A short pre-intensive video to watch beforehand so you arrive oriented and prepared
- Integration handouts and take-home materials provided after the intensive to support continued practice and reflection
Attended One of My Intensives Before?
If you’ve attended one of my intensives before, you are absolutely welcome to join again.
Because this work is deeply experiential and because horses and groups are always responding to what’s present, every intensive is different. Many participants benefit from repeating the experience as a way to deepen skills, practice new relational patterns, and continue the process of updating old stories and strengthening new neural pathways over time.

- Support with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown
- Tools for nervous system regulation and co-regulation
- Relational and attachment-informed healing in a supportive group setting
- A body-based, experiential approach that goes beyond talk therapy
