FALL EQUINOX Retreat

When: October 9–11, 2026 | Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday 2:00 PM 


Where: Boulder, Colorado (Held in a beautiful indoor space with outdoor access; exact location provided upon registration) 


Cost: $225 (Includes all guided circles, audio materials, and Sunday’s seasonal, farm-to-table meal)

Experience a restorative weekend retreat designed for those longing to slow down and realign with their inner compass.


Set against the stunning backdrop of Boulder's natural landscape, participants will engage in meaningful group councils inside our intentional indoor gathering space, nature-based threshold rituals, and a spacious day of self-guided adventure that fosters deep self-exploration and community connection.


This unique program combines the holding container of a shared circle with the complete freedom of solo wandering, helping you step out of everyday noise and into a more intentional seasonal rhythm.


Guided by two licensed therapists, this intimate setting creates a deeply supportive, low-pressure space for genuine rest and personal integration.

Eye of the Storm


When:

January 15th - February 12th 2025

 Thursdays 12pm-2pm


Where: Farm in Longmont, CO


Join us for a trauma skills group at a stunning ranch in Longmont, where you'll develop self-regulation, grounding, and tranquility amidst life's challenges. Ages 18+ 

 

This group offers the opportunity to deepen understanding of trauma and complex PTSD through a mind–body, nature-oriented perspective. Together, we will explore practical tools for self-regulation, anxiety management, and nervous system support. Horses and the natural environment will serve as allies in fostering awareness, resilience, and a greater sense of safety.


Alongside these practices, participants will also engage in meaningful group experiences, cultivating community and connection while uncovering the power of collaboration, reflection, and shared healing with one another and with the horses.

Teens - Nature & Neighs

Experience a transformative two-day retreat designed specifically for teens navigating the complexities of adolescence. 


Set against the stunning backdrop of Colorado's natural landscape, participants will engage in powerful equine-assisted activities, group discussions, and nature-based therapeutic exercises that foster self-discovery and emotional resilience. 


This unique program combines the wisdom of horses with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, helping teens develop authentic connections and practical coping skills. This intimate small group setting creates a safe space for genuine expression and personal growth.

Step into a transformative two-day journey designed to reconnect you with your deepest intuition and authentic self. 


This intimate retreat combines the wisdom of equine-assisted therapy with nature-based mindfulness practices, creating a powerful container for personal growth and stress release. Through gentle yet profound interactions with our therapy horses, you'll practice setting healthy boundaries, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, and learn practical tools for managing life's challenges. 


Our carefully crafted program includes embodied movement practices, intuitive exercises with our horses, and therapeutic discussions that help you move from overthinking to trusting your inner wisdom. In our small group setting (maximum 8 participants), you'll discover how to listen to your body's wisdom while building meaningful connections in a supportive environment. 


Whether you're seeking clarity, struggling with burnout, or yearning to deepen your relationships, this intensive offers a unique blend of practical skills and transformative experiences.
